It is the policy of this facility to admit or retain only those residents whose health care needs can be met through the services of the facility staff, in cooperation with the community resources and other providers under contract with the facility or can meet the outside medical requirements of residents.

All Residents who are ambulatory and in good health may reside at the facility and have available services made available under facility lease terms and conditions.

The admission date is the execution date of the lease agreement between the resident and the facility.

The resident and the administrator determines the move-in date (admission date) during the final interview meeting where all documentation is signed and details of services that will be provided and/or the additional services requested by the resident are reviewed and agreed upon.

Move-in date or admission date of the resident is based on when the resident schedules his furniture move to the facility.

 

The facility does not discriminate due to race, color, sex, national origin, age, religion, handicap, marital status and/or source of payment in its admission policy.
